WHAT TO EXPECT

We are happy to come by to meet you and hear about what ideas you have for your home. Whether it’s fixing up an outdated kitchen or bathroom, building an addition, or making that unfinished basement into a revenue generating suit, we will walk and talk through different options.

After our initial meeting we’ll come up with a floor plan for your project and an estimate free of charge! If everything looks good on your end, we will schedule you in and start working as soon as possible.

For the more complex projects we would recommend starting with a design contract, we work with some great local designers and together we can make your dreams a reality. We always say the most successful projects are the ones that have all the details sorted out before construction begins.

For the simpler projects we can usually work completely off the free floor plan and have your project complete in a timely fashion.
