What To Expect
We are happy to come by to meet you and hear about what ideas you have for your home. Whether it’s fixing up an outdated kitchen or bathroom, building an addition, or making that unfinished basement into a revenue generating suit, we will walk and talk through all the different options.
After our initial meeting we’ll come up a rough estimate free of charge. If the budget seems reasonable and you want to move forward, we then nail down the design and details. For the simpler projects we can usually work directly with you to come up with a plan. If needed, we can draw up a simple floor plan or 3D renders.
For the more complex projects we would recommend starting with a designer. We are lucky to have some great local designers who can help put your dreams on paper.
We always say the most successful projects are the ones that have all the details sorted out before construction begins. Let’s get started!
